Hi! I am Amanda.Welcome to my little corner of the world a country girl through and through living in the Midwest. I am a God loving, mom, wife, baker, crafter and lover of simple things. I started this blog during the summer of 2012 as a way for me to share our life with loved ones far away. Now I want to share this life, my journey, and love with all of you.

Taylor and I met when we were just toddlers, became best friends in middle school, started dating in high school, and fell in love during college. Its been a crazy 9 years, but worth every second. He has stood by my side through every crazy idea, health issue, and now enjoying the greatest blessing...

Hunter. H turned 2 in November, and as you can see he is our world.

I work hard to provide the best I can for my family though green living and a homemade/handmade life.
